摘要
目的:评价四逆汤加减治疗阳虚型原发性高血压病的临床疗效。方法:依据诊断标准筛选阳虚型高血压患者120例,随机分为四逆汤治疗组(以下称治疗组)和西药对照组(以下称对照组),观察两组患者中医证候疗效以及中药降压疗效。结果:(1)四逆汤加减治疗阳虚型原发性高血压病,症状积分疗效总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),且可以明显改善中医证候(P<0.05),尤其是头痛、眩晕、耳鸣、畏寒肢冷、喜热饮、气短、神疲乏力、腰膝酸冷、面色苍白、夜尿频(P<0.05或P<0.01);(2)四逆汤加减治疗阳虚型原发性高血压病,可以明显降低患者的血压值(P<0.05),降压疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:四逆汤加减联合西药标准治疗较单用西药标准治疗对阳虚型高血压患者有更好的降压疗效,更能改善临床症状。
Objective ：To evaluate the clinical effect of Modified Sini Decoction for the treatment of Yang deficiency type of es sential hypertension. Methods ： 120 cases of Yang deficiency type of essential hypertension patients were randomly divided into Modified Sini Decoction intervention group （ treatment group, n = 60） and Western medicine group （ control group, n = 60） and to observe and evaluate the effect on the syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine and antihypertensive efficacy of traditional Chi nese medicine. Results ： （ 1 ） Total efficiency of symptom score efficacy of the treatment group was higher than that in control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） and the treatment group can improve TCM symptoms obviously （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, especially headache, dizziness, tinnitus, a version to cold, hot drink preference, pale complexion, night urination （ P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0. 01 ）. T he treatment group can signifi cantly reduce blood pressure values （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, and so does the antihypertensive efficacy （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Modified Sini Decoction with anti hypertension drug had better anti hypertention effect on Yang deficiency type of essential hypertension pa tients, and it Can improve clinical symptoms.
