摘要
采用微核试验方法对螺旋藻拮抗环磷酰胺致小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核作用进行研究。结果表明 :螺旋藻剂量为 1.5g/kg、3g/kg时对环磷酰胺所致小鼠微核增加有显著拮抗作用。提示 :螺旋藻具抗突变作用。
The resisting effect of the spiral algae to micronucleus mutation of the polychromatic erythrocytes of mice marrow caused by cytophosphane has been studied with the method of micronucleus test.The result showed that spiral algae in a dosage of 1 .5 g/ kg or3g/ kg had the obvious resisting effect to the increase of mice micronucleus caused by cytophosphane.it indicates that spiral algae has the effect of anti- mutation.
