摘要
选取上汽、长安、广汽等有代表性的汽车企业兼并重组案例进行简要分析。在此基础上,探讨了我国汽车企业兼并重组的成功标准;从目标选择、兼并出发点、文化差异、政策、体制及市场因素角度探讨了影响我国汽车企业兼并重组成功的主要因素;最后,提出了我国汽车企业兼并重组后要做好战略规划、深度整合、及时发现和处理整合问题等建议。
The article selects and briefly analyzes some typical enterprises that had mergers and acquisitions,such as SAIC,Changan and GAC. Based on this,the successful standard of enter- prise mergers and acquisitions is discussed. And the main factors that influence their success,such as target selection and focus,the cultural differences,policy,system and market are listed. In the end, some advices are provided that China automobile enterprises should do well in the strategy planning, deep integration,and finding and solving integration problems in time.
