摘要
[目的]观察柴胡注射液外敷治疗女性外阴尖锐湿疣(condyloma acuminatum,CA)的临床效果。[方法]选取2010年1月至2013年6月在我科门诊就诊的女性外阴CA患者60例,按门诊号随机分为两组:A组(柴胡注射液组)、B组(淑润栓,即重组人干扰素a-2a栓剂),分别观察两组的临床疗效。[结果]A组总有效率为70%,B组总有效率为43.3%,总有效率比较A组明显优于B组(P<0.05)。经过治疗后两组药物均可明显降低CA总积分(P<0.01)。复发率比较两组无明显差异(P>0.05)。[结论]柴胡注射液外敷治疗外阴尖锐湿疣具有较好的临床疗效,可考虑临床推广使用。
[Objective] To obscrve the clinical effect of Bupleurum injection external application apphed to female genital condyloma accuminatum cases. [Methods] From January 2010 to June 2013,wc studied 60 femalc genital condyloma accuminatum cases in the outpatient department of our hospital, these cases were randomly divided into two groups： group A（Bupleurum injection group） and group B（ShuRun suppository, namely a-2a interferon suppository group）, the clinical curative effect of the two groups was observed. [Results] After treatmcnt, group A,30 cases in all,9 cases had complete recovery,12 cases had some effect,9 cases were invalid, the total effective rate was 70%; group B,the total of 30 cases,6 cases had complete recovery, 7 cases had some effect, 17 cases were invalid, the total effective rate was 43.3%, group A in thc treatment of female genital condyloma acuminatum had better effect than the group B（P〈0.05）.After treatment, the total score of two groups all reduced effectively.The recurrence rate had no obvious difference between the two groups（P〉0.05）. [Conclusion] Bupleurum injection for treating female genital condyloma acuminatum has better clinical efficacy, can be considered for clinical use.
