Th17／Th1细胞及相关细胞因子在银屑病关节炎中的研究进展 被引量：4

摘要 银屑病关节炎（psoriasis arthritis，PsA）又称关节病型银屑病，是银屑病的一种特殊类型，在银屑病患者中的发病率为6％-42％。其病因尚不清楚，涉及遗传、免疫调节、环境及精神等多种因素。对本病发病机制的研究一直是国内外学者研究的热点，但至今尚未得出明确的结论。近年来越来越多的研究证实，免疫学异常在其发病中起着核心作用。Th1、Th17细胞及其相关细胞因子对PsA发生、发展的作用备受关注。
