叉车用门架槽钢Q420C质量控制与改进

Quality Control and Improvement of Door Frame Q420C Steel for Forklift Truck

摘要 针对叉车用门架槽钢Q420C在试生产过程中出现的边部裂纹、冲击性能波动等问题进行了深入分析研究。通过调整成分及脱氧工艺、改进夹杂物去除及轧制工艺、对轧钢设备适度改造等一系列措施,优化了生产工艺流程。生产实践表明,Q420C质量得到明显改善,杜绝了边部裂纹问题,不充满和拉丝现象得到有效控制,各项性能指标满足产品质量要求。 The edge crack and performance fluctuations of door frame Q420C steel for forklift truck appeared in the process of trial production are analysised and researched deeply, The production process is optimized by adjusting the composition and deoxidization process, improving inclusion removal and rolling process of steel, reforming roll- ing equipment moderately. The production practice shows that the quality of Q420C dramatically is improved obvi- ously. The edge crack problems are eliminated. The vacancy and corner drawing has been controlled effectively. Va- rious performance indicators met produt quality requirements,
