摘要
文章阐述了呼吸重症监护室护士需具备的护理能力,包括呼吸系统危重患者病情变化识别能力、护理评估能力、制订并执行护理计划的能力、有效沟通和团队协作能力、应急能力、掌握呼吸专科护理知识与技能的能力、科学的护理思维能力;并对呼吸重症监护室专科护士的培养方式进行了总结分析,以期提高护士的护理能力,保证呼吸系统危重患者的安全和提供高质量护理专科服务。
The paper discussed the professional competences of nurses in respiratory intensive care unit （ RICU）, which included abilities of detection of illness changes in critically ill patients, nursing assessment, making and implementation of nursing plans, effective communication and team cooperation, emergen- cy response capacity, grasping specialized nursing knowledge and skills, and scientific clinical thinking. Besides ,this paper analyzed the cukivation of RICU nur- ses and the various training forms, so as to improve the nurses＇professional competence, and to ensure the safety of critically ill patients and to provide high quality specialized nursing services.
