摘要
目的探讨对膀胱肿瘤患者实施自我管理健康教育的效果。方法将200例膀胱肿瘤患者分为两组,对照组进行常规健康教育,实验组在常规健康教育的基础上应用自我管理健康教育体系,采用自设的疾病知识掌握情况调查表和自我护理能力实施量表进行调查。结果实验组患者健康知识掌握率和自我护理能力均提高(P<0.01)。结论对膀胱肿瘤患者进行自我管理干预,能提高患者自我管理能力及疾病知识掌握水平。
Objective To explore the effects of self - management health education for bladder cancer patients. Methods Totally,200 patients with blad- der caner were divided into two groups. The patients in the control group were received routine health education and the patients in the experimental group were received self - management health education. The patients were investigate with a self - designed questionnaire and Exercise of Self - Care Agency (ESCA). Result Self- care abilities and awareness rate of health knowledge of bladder cancer patients in the experimental group were significantly improved (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Self - management intervention for patients with bladder cancer can improve their self - management abilities and illness - related knowledge.
