摘要
【目的】 利用累计和法分析陕西省出生缺陷监测资料。 【方法】 以陕西省出生缺陷监测 1996年、1997年数据为基线 ,以累计和法分析 1998年监测动态变化。 【结果】 神经管畸形发生率增加 ,唇腭裂、肢体畸形减少。 【结论】 累计和法是出生缺陷监测中的一种有效而简单的方法 ,为监测质量控制工作提供了准确可靠的信息。
Objective To analyze the data of birth defect monitoring of Shanxi province by using cumulative sum method(CUSUM). Methods The CUSUM was used to monitor the birth defect of 1998,when the data of 1996 and 1997 were regarded as baseline. Results The incidence of neural tube defect was increased.The incidence of cheilopalatognathus and limb defect were decrease. Conclusions The cumulative sum method is an effective and convenient tool to use for monitoring birth defect.It provided accurate information for monitoring control.
