摘要
某公共建筑项目地处夏热冬冷地区,按《绿色建筑评价标准》二星级标准设计。结合实际工程,在对夏热冬冷地区二星绿色建筑采用的绿色建筑技术体系进行描述的基础上,进一步阐述了导光筒、可调节外遮阳、雨水收集、太阳能光伏发电等施工技术的应用。模拟与计算结果表明:该技术的应用能减少建筑的维护成本,降低能源与资源消耗,提高建筑环境的舒适度。
A according to public building is located in an area with hot summer and cold winter, and it was designed the two-star standard of Evaluation standard for green building. Based on actual project, the green building technique system for areas with hot summers and cold winters is firstly introduced, and then the application of guide-light tube, adjustable external sunshade, rainwater collection and solar photovohaic technology are expounded. Simulation and calculation results show that application of the technology reduced the maintenance cost, lowered the energy resources consumption, and improved the comfortableness of the building.
