摘要
研究了从某废氰渣中综合回收有价金属银、铜。试验结果表明:废氰渣中加入6%氢氧化钠,在630℃下焙烧3h,然后在液固体积质量比4:1、硫酸浓度l.25mol/L、温度100℃、浸出时间4h条件下浸出铜,铜浸出率为97.4%;然后在液固体积质量比3:1、用碳酸氢铵调pH为9.5~11、氰化钠用量4‰、常温下浸出36h,银浸出率达79.85%。
Recovery of silver and copper from cyanide leaching residue by roasting-leaching of copper using sulfuric acid-leaching of silver using cyanide was studied. The results show that the residue mixes with NaOH (the dosage of 6%) and is roasted for 3 h at temperature of 630 ℃. Copper is leached from the roasted product using sulfuric acid at the conditions of sulfuric acid concentration of 1.25 tool/L, the ratio between liquid volume and solid mass of 4 : 1, temperature of 100 ℃ and leaching time of 4 h,the leaching rate of copper is 97.4%. Then using ammonium bicarbonate to adjust solution pH 9.5--11 ,at the conditions of sodium cyanide concentration of 4% ,the ratio between liquid volume and solid mass of 3 : 1,room temperature and leaching time of 36 h,the leaching rate of silver reaches 79.85%
