摘要
通过提取和分析实时遥感影像,结合启发式最优路径算法,旨在计算得出人道主义救援路径.以航空遥感获取的影像为数据源,提取遥感影像特征,研究灾后城市道路交通通行特点.将影响道路通行的震前效率因素和震后阻滞因素作为影响救灾路径的主要因素,通过层次分析法得到各个影响因子对道路的阻碍权重,以此计算各段道路的通行成本.然后使用蚁群算法,得出基于遥感影像特征和道路信息的应急最优路径.最后以武汉市为模拟对象,在基于实时灾情的人道主义救援最优路径分析系统中进行实验,实验结果充分验证了所提出方法的可行性和高效性.
This paper is aimed to calculate humanitarian relief optimal path by extracting and analyzing real- time remote sensing images, combined with the optimal path heuristic algorithm. Based on the statistics of photographs taken by aviation remote sensing,we take out remote sensing image characteristics and do re- searches on the characteristics of traffic in destroyed cities. We calculate the tolls on the traffic of the hin- dering factors as the efficiency factors before and after the main factors affecting the relief path~ and each influence factor is obtained by analytic hierarchy process to block the road weight. Then, using ant colony optimization, we can get the best way based on remote sensing image characteristics and road information optimal emergency path. Finally,taking Wuhan city as the simulation object,we do the experiment and find out the feasibility and efficiency of the proposed method to calculate the optimal path.
