摘要
大剂量头孢类抗生素在儿童应用中会诱发肾结石的产生,通过合理补液以及碱化尿液治疗,肾结石可消失,减轻患儿痛苦。本文报告了两例头孢类抗生素致小儿肾结石病例,特对其诊治经过进行分析、总结。
A large dose of cephalosporins for children will induce kidney stones, which may disappear through reason- able treatment with fluid infusion and alkaline urine. This paper reports 2 eases of eephalosporin antibiotics - assoeiated nephro- lith in children.
