摘要
目的探讨纳美芬对脑肿瘤术后患者促肾上腺皮质激素及葡萄糖水平的影响。方法选择医院2011年1月至2013年1月收治的脑肿瘤术后患者76例,随机分为治疗组与对照组,各38例。对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在其基础上加用纳美芬,比较两组术后1,2,4,6 d促肾上腺皮质激素、葡萄糖水平及格拉斯哥昏迷量表(GCS)评分。结果治疗组术后1,2,4,6 d促肾上腺皮质激素、葡萄糖水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),GCS评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论纳美芬可显著降低脑肿瘤术后患者促肾上腺皮质激素及葡萄糖水平,促进患者预后。
Objective To investigate the effects of nalmefene on postoperative adrenocorticotropic hormone and glucose levels of the pa- tients with brain tumor. Methods Seventy- six patients brain tumor operation in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2013 were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The control group was given the conventional treatment, while the treatment group was added with nalmefene on the basis of control group. The adrenocorticotropic hormone and glucose levels and the Glasgow coma scale （GCS） scores on postoperative 1, 2, 4, 6d were compared between the two groups. Results The adrem,cor- ticotropic hormone and glucose levels on postoperative 1, 2, 4, 6d in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the con- trol group（P〈 0.05）; the GCS scores in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Nalmefene can significantly reduce the adrenocorticotropic hormone and glucose levels in the patients after brain tumor op- eration and promote the prognosis of the patients.
