摘要
从小康社会对农村水利建设的要求,以及农村水利建设对小康社会的支撑两个方面,探讨小康社会与农村水利建设之间的关联性,并运用量化的方法,分别选取反映我国农村水利建设及小康社会实现程度的指标,对我国各省市小康社会与农村水利建设的关系进行分析探讨,结果表明小康社会与农村水利建设之间存在一定的关联性。
The correlation between well-off society and rural water conservancy construction is discussed from two aspects: the requirements of the rural water conservancy construction by the well-off society and the support of the rural water conservancy construction for the well-off society. Furthermore,the indices to reflect the rural water conservancy construction and realization degree of well-off society are chosen to analyze their correlations in various provinces of China by means of the quantitative methods. The results show that there exists a certain correlation between the well-off society and the rural water conservancy construction.
