植物器官脱落相关激素和酶的研究进展 被引量:15

摘要 植物器官脱落是一个复杂的生理过程,研究植物器官脱落机制对调控植物生长和促进农产品产量和品质具有重要意义。本研究从生理学和分子学方面对植物器官脱落的激素调控机制(生长素、乙烯、脱落酸)和酶调控机制(果胶酶、纤维素酶、过氧化物酶)进行综述,发现植物器官脱落部位的离层形成后能够感受外界环境因子以及自身生长因子等脱落信号,从而调节植物细胞内生理生化反应完成整个器官脱落过程,但各影响因子间互作机理研究尚不完善,在未来研究中可以进一步加强,以期为研究植物器官的脱落机理提供理论依据。 Mechanism of abscission of plant organs is a complicated Physiological Process. It has important implications for regulating plant growth and improving out-put and quality of agricultural products. Regulation mechanism of hormones(IAA,ETH and ABA) and molecular mechanism(pectic enzymes,cellulase and peroxidase) was concluded in this article. Abscission layer could regulate physiological and biochemical method in the cell to complete the abscission of plant organs by feeling abscission signal of environmental factors and grow factor. But the interaction mechanism of factors of influence was not complete. In the future study it could be paid more attention. So that it could provide more theoretical basis to the mechanism of abscission of plant organs.
