摘要
以粗皮桉木材为研究对象,利用SilviScan材性快速测定仪与近红外光谱分析技术,进行了粗皮桉生长锥和圆盘中心条试样气干密度和弹性模量的快速预测及相关性研究。根据SilviScan测得的粗皮桉生长锥和圆盘中心条气干密度和弹性模量值,结合近红外光谱技术,利用偏最小二乘法进行建模分析。通过对试样进行近红外光谱采集,以2/3的试样作为模型的校正集,1/3的试样作为预测集建立分析模型。气干密度和弹性模量的预测相关系数均大于0.90,相对分析误差大于2.40,预测效果较好,表明可以用近红外光谱方法预测粗皮桉生长锥和中心条试样的气干密度和纵向弹性模量。粗皮桉生长锥、中心条试样的气干密度与纵向弹性模量密切相关,相关系数均大于0.90,表明可以用粗皮桉生长锥取样方法来代替伐倒木获取中心条,从而进行活立木气干密度和弹性模量的预测。
The experiment was conducted to apply the SilviScan( the fast measuring instrument for properties of materials) and near infrared( NIR) spectroscopy to investigate the air-dry density and modulus of elasticity of the Eucalyptus pellita sample in the increment core and the center strip of the wood and their correlation. The air-dry density and modulus of elasticity of eucalypt wood were tested by SilviScan,and by introducing NIR the partial least squares method was used to build models. After collecting the near infrared reflectance spectra of samples,two thirds of whole samples were selected as the calibration set and one third were as the validation set to build the prediction model. The predicted correlation coefficients of the air-dry density and modulus of elasticity were more than 0. 90,and the relative percent deviation were more than 2. 40 with the good prediction. Thus,NIR can be used to predict the air-dry density and longitudinal modulus of elasticity in the increment core and the center strip of the wood. The air-dry density and longitudinal modulus of elasticity of the E. pellita sample in the increment core and the center strip of the wood correlate closely,and the correlation coefficients are both more than 0. 90. Therefore,we can predict the air-dry density and modulus of elasticity of the standing tree by means of sampling from increment core instead of cutting down trees to achieve the center strip of the trees.
