劳动力转移、土地租赁与农业资本投入的联合决策分析被引量：51

摘要本文首先通过建立农户多要素最优配置模型，论证了农户各种生产要素配置行为之间存在的理论关系；然后利用2008-2010年中国社会科学院国情调研项目村庄调查数据，对上述预期理论关系进行了检验。研究发现，农户各种生产要素配置决策之间存在显著的相关关系。具体而言，农户劳动力转移概率与土地祖入概率、家庭农业生产资本嘏入之间存在负相关关系，与土地租出概率之间存在正相关关系；家庭农业生产资本投入与土地租入概率之间存在正相关关系，与土地租出概率之间存在负相关关系。根据本文研究结果，政府应当同步推进各种生产要素市场的发展，在大力促进农村劳动力转移就业的同时，积极发展农村土地市场，使劳动力市场和土地市场的发展相互协调、相互促进。
