一种小型示教自动仓储系统设计

摘要 自动仓储系统能够有效地使物料在生产流程内有效率的进行搬运及装卸.本文设计一种PC机控制的作业系统,配合自动仓储实体,实现仓储自动化.本系统包括仓储主体、界面系统、即时监控系统、控制系统及数据库管理等五大部分.在控制部分,特别规划多轴马达的速度及位置控制,增加仓储自动存取机作业的效率,在监控系统即时反应自动仓储运作状态,及以仓储管理软件进行物件的进入查询及数量管理等. Automatic warehouse system can efficiently make materials efficiently in the production process for handling and loading and unloading. This warehousing entity to realize the automatic paper designed warehouse. This a PC operating system controlled with automatic system includes a storage body, interface system, real-time monitoring and control system, control system and the five most database management, etc. In the control section, special planning multi-axle motor speed and position control increase the work efficiency of storage and automatic access machine, immediate reaction in the monitoring and control system for automatic warehouse operation state, as well as warehouse management quantity, etc. software to manage the objects into the query and
