环氧化酶-2在胃癌血管生成中作用的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 侵袭转移是恶性肿瘤生物学行为的特征性表现,是导致临床治疗失败、影响肿瘤患者长期生存的主要因素。血管新生是肿瘤侵袭转移的重要步骤.断绝或减少肿瘤血管供应、抑制肿瘤血管生成是控制肿瘤生长和转移的重要途径。近来的研究表明。环氧化酶一2(cox一2)参与肿瘤的血管生成,从而影响了肿瘤的侵袭转移和增殖,并影响肿瘤的预后。
