摘要
为了开发绿色安全的壳聚糖载药基材,尝试以食品级肉桂醛为交联剂,采用乳化交联法制备壳聚糖载药微球。本研究采用FTIR、SEM、UV-VIS等手段探究该微球的结构及载药性能。结果表明:载药微球SEM形貌圆整,表面致密;FT-IR光谱证实壳聚糖的氨基与肉桂醛的醛基发生交联反应;载药性能良好,其载药量和包封率分别可达22.3%和91.2%。与甲醛、戊二醛相比,肉桂醛是制备壳聚糖载药微球的一种新型安全的交联剂。
To develop green and safe drug-loaded carrieof chitosan, iiprepared with emulsion crosslinked by cinnamaldehyde of food grade. The resultanproductand drug-loaded property were characterized by FTIR, SEM, UV-VIand so on. The resultare afollows: SEM showmicrosphere good sphericity and dense surface; the crosslink reaction between the amino groupon chitosan and the aldehyde on cinnamaldehyde waconfirmed in FT-Ispectrum. The drug-loaded property wagood, and the drug-loaded contenand entrapmenefficiency are re- spectively 22.3% and 91.2%. To compare formaldehyde and glutaraldehyde, Cinnamaldehyde inew and safe crosslinking agenfodrug-loaded chitosan microsphere.
