基于矿用自卸车动力性的牵引电动机设计与分析

Design and analysis of traction motor based on dynamics of dump truck

摘要 轮边牵引电动机是电传动自卸车驱动系统的重要动力部件。为了根据自卸车的牵引特点设计高效、匹配的牵引电动机,根据自卸车整车动力性要求,计算并绘制驱动力牵引特性曲线,得到电动机的理想外特性曲线。设计中选用高效率的永磁同步电动机,并结合电磁场有限元软件Ansoft进行模拟仿真和验证,提出了一种从整车动力性的角度对自卸车轮边电动机驱动系统动力特性进行设计和分析的方法,并给出了整个设计及程序流程。设计实例表明,该方法可以较好地完成设计及工作要求。 The wheel traction motor is an important dynamic component of the electric drive system in the dump truck. In order to design the matching and efficient traction motor according to the traction characteristics of the dump truck, the paper took the dynamic requirements of the truck into account, calculated and plotted traction characteristic curves of the driving force and obtained ideal external characteristic curves of the motor. In addition, high efficient permanent magnet synchronous motor was selected for design, and Ansoft was applied to conduct simulation and verification. The method of designing and analyzing the dynamic characteristics of the wheel motor drive system of the truck based on dynamics of the truck was offered, and whole process flow of the design and program was provided also. The design example showed that the method could achieve the design and operation requirements.
