摘要 为了解决靶细胞给药问题,使用自组装纳米结构材料来作为运输载体。利用外界刺激通过其结构分子的不同性质来控制它的自组装与破裂,来实现药物在特定组织和细胞内的靶向释放。 In order to solve the problem of target drug delivery,self-assembly nanostructure materials have been used as a vehicle.For the sake of achieve the controllability of these nanostructure materials self-assembly and resolution in the target organ or cells,the external stimuli has been applied successfully.
