摘要
对马建伟教授提出的"滋肾通络法"治疗糖尿病肾病的治疗法则进行探讨。糖尿病肾病(diabeticnephropathy DN)是糖尿病微血管病变的重要并发症之一,祖国传统医学中医药在改善临床症状、降低蛋白尿、延缓肾功能恶化等方面有很大的优势。马建伟教授通过长达30年的科研及临床工作,以中医药防治糖尿病早期肾损害为主要研究方向,在文献研究、继承名老中医经验的基础上,结合长期临床实践,认为糖尿病肾病的病机基础是"肾虚血瘀络阻",并提出以"滋肾通络法"治疗糖尿病肾病(DN)的治疗法则,从这一治法的理论依据、临床实践运用、现代医学研究、案例分析等方面作一探讨。
The treatment of diabetic nephropathy rule proposed by Professor MA Jianwei was explored. Diabetic ne- phropathy （DN） is an important complication of diabetic microangiopathy. Traditional Chinese medicine has a great ad- vantage in improving the clinical symptoms, reducing proteinuria and slowing deterioration of renal function. By up to 30 years＇ scientific research and clinical work, and the main research direction of traditional Chinese medicine being early prevention and treatment of diabetic kidney damage, as well as on the basis of the literature and inherited old Chinese medicine physicians＇ experience, combined with long - term clinical practice, he believes that the pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy is based on kidney deficiency and blood stasis in collaterals, and proposes the law of nourishing kidney and dredging collaterals. This paper discussed this treatment from theoretical basis, clinical practice, the use of case studies, modem medical research and other aspects.
