摘要
治疗乳腺癌陆德铭教授强调病本虚而标实,本虚者辨气、血、肝、脾、肾与冲任之损各不同,标实者区别气、痰、瘀、毒为病之轻重,治以扶正袪邪法。扶正以健脾益气,滋阴养血法为主;袪邪考虑气滞、血瘀、痰浊、热毒等相关病理因素,清热解毒与理气化滞、活血化瘀、化痰祛湿等药物配合应用。通过细察乳腺癌患者手术治疗、放化疗、内分泌治疗的不良反应,体内正邪胜负变化,依据扶正袪邪法创立乳癌术后方,并指导学生开展了乳腺癌HER-2过表达型、三阴性、乳腺癌骨转移、肺转移等预后较差的疾病的临床和实验研究,研究结果获多项奖。
In treating breast cancer, Professor LU Deming always keeps the nature of the disease in mind：inherentdeficiency that co - exists with excess syndromes. For inherent deficiency, particular attention is required for identifying deterioration in qi, blood, liver, spleen, kidneys or Chong and Ren meridians. In handling excess syndromes, it requires weighing the impact of qi stagnation, blood clotting, and phlegm coagulation and heat toxics in pathogenesis. Treatment is devised accordingly to strengthen the vital energy （Zhengqi） and remove the pathogenic factors. The vital energy can be restored mainly by enhancing spleen functioning, nourishing qi, enriching yin and replenishing blood. Excess pathogenic factors can be removed by appropriate application of herbs that relieve heat, dissolve toxics, regulate qi, clear stagnation, invigorate blood, dissolve clots, resolve phlegm, and dispel dampness and so on. When treating patients of breast canc- er, Professor LU carefully examines the side - effects of surgery, chemical therapy and radiotherapy, assessing the dishar- mony pattern between Zhenqi （defence forces） and Xieqi （pathogenic factors） within the body. He has invented several herbal formulae such as Post - operative Breast Cancer Formula which is designed to achieve the effects of qi enhance- ment, Yin enrichment, Chong and Ren regulation, det0xification and lump dissolution. He has also guided students in studies of breast cancer resulted from HER - 2 gene over - expression, triple - negative breast cancer, metastases of breast cancer to the bones and lungs which are of poorer prognosis. Such clinical and laboratory researches have won a number of awards.
