摘要
目的 国产天海力缓释片和日本产Adalat缓释片释放速率的比较。方法 采用日本《第 13改正药局方》溶出试验第 2法。结果 2种缓释片在酸性和中性 2种缓冲液中的释放速率有明显差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 天海力缓释片是一个具有良好释放特性的口服缓释制剂。
OBJECTIVE To compare the in vitro release rate of Tianhaili controlled release tablets (made in China) and Adalat (made in Japan).METHOD The release test 2 in the pharnacopoeia of Japan thirteenth edition was used.RESULTS The release rate of two controlled release tablets had significant difference( P <0.05).CONCLUSION Tianhaili controlled tablets is a preparation with good release characters.
