摘要
研究了电子束焊接工艺对FeNi36/Cu/Mn72 Cu1 8Ni1 0 横拼电阻型热双金属焊缝质量与性能的影响 .结果表明 :在电子束焊接参数V ,IL,v一定时 ,随着IB 增加 ,焊缝的饱满性、抗拉强度以及抗弯强度不断提高 ,电阻率 ρ也相应增加 .以实施双面焊接工艺的焊缝具有较佳的综合性能 .
The effects of the electron beam welding process on weld line quality and properties of resistance type thermal bimetal strips of the laterally welded FeNi 36 /Cu/Mn 72 Cu 18 Ni 10 were investigated. The results indicated that when the electron bean welding paramaters V, I B, v remain constant, the full weight , tensile strength, bending strength and resistivity ρ of the weld line increase with the increasing of I B. The applying double face welding process Ⅶ leads to higher synthetic quality of weld line. [
