600MW机组炉底渣水系统优化改造

摘要 乌沙山发电厂600 MW机组炉底渣水系统原为两级闭式循环方式运行,存在问题较多。为减少能耗和运行维护费用,将其改为单级循环方式运行。根据试验数据及运行情况分析,改造后的系统更加简单、可靠,每台机组每年可节约运行和维护费用约26.8788万元。该改造达到节能减排的效果,对其它同类型火电厂具有一定的借鉴意义。 Formerly the slag - water system of the took two - stage closed - cycle operation mode, consumption and operation maintenance charge, we 600MW unit in Wushashan thermal power plant so it had much problem. For reducing energy change it to single stage cycle operation mode. After analysis on the base of experimental data and operation conditions, we assure the modified system is simpler and more reliable, and this reconstruction for each unit can save 268. 788 thousand yuan of operation maintenance charge every year. This reconstruction plays an role in energy saving and emission reduction and has some reference significance for other similar power plans.
