摘要
[目的]观察小建中汤合膈下逐瘀汤联合西药治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将62例门诊患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组31例奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊,20mg/次,2次/d;果胶铋,100mg/次,2次/d。HP阳性加服阿莫西林胶囊,1g/次,3次/d;7d后转为阴性,停用阿莫西林,如为阳性再服7d。治疗组31例小建中汤联合膈下逐瘀汤。小建中汤(桂枝、生姜各9g,大枣2枚,炙甘草6g,芍药18g);膈下逐瘀汤(桃仁、当归各9g,灵脂、川穹、赤芍、乌药各6g。肝胃不和加川芎、柴胡10g;脾胃虚弱加白术炒10g)。1剂/d,水煎200mL,早晚口服。西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗28d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效24例,有效6例,无效1例,总有效率96.77%。对照组显效11例,有效12例,无效8例,总有效率74.19%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]小建中汤合膈下逐瘀汤联合西药治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎效果显著,值得推广。
[ Objective ] To observe XiaoJian soup and diaphragm by stasis soup combined western medicine in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis. Western medicine treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment of 28 d of 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. As a course treatment, judge curative effect. E Results ~ The treatment group 24 cases were markedly effective, 6 cases effective, 1 had no effect, the total effective rate was 96.77%. Control group 11 cases had marked effect, 12 cases effective, 8 no effect, the total effective rate was 74.19%.The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group （ P〈0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] XiaoJian soup and diaphragm by stasis soup combined western medicine in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis, is worth promoting.
