摘要
目的探讨老年骨科患者实施护理安全管理的效果及不安全因素分析。方法选取2011年1月～2012年12月深圳市龙岗中心医院治疗的老年骨科患者1189例,其中2011年1～12月治疗的566例患者设为对照组,2012年1～12月治疗的623例患者设为观察组。对照组采用骨科常规护理,观察组实施护理安全管理。观察及比较两组患者治疗期间意外事件发生率、护理投诉率及满意率,并分析不安全因素。结果观察组患者意外事件发生率、护理投诉率(1.28%、1.12%)均显著低于对照组(4.77%、4.59%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者满意率(94.38%)明显高于对照组(85.51%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。,护理人员业务技术水平缺陷占90.83%,为护理不安全主要因素。结论针对性地实施护理安全管理措施,可有效预防老年骨科患者意外事件发生,降低护理投诉率,提高患者满意率。
Objective To explore the application effect of nursing safety management of elderly patients in orthopedics, and analyze the unsafe factors. Methods 1189 elderly orthopedics patients from January 2011 to December 2012 in Longgang Central Hospital of Shenzhen City were selected, of which 566 patients from January to December 2011 were as the control group, while 623 cases from January to December 2012 were as the observation group. The control group was given routine orthopedics nursing, while the observation group group was given nursing safety management. The incidence of adverse events, nursing complaint rate and nursing satisfaction of patients in the two groups were observed and compared, and the un- safe factors were analyzed. Results The incidence of adverse events and nursing complaint rate of the observation group （1.28%, 1.12%） were significantly lower than those of the control group （4.77%, 4.59%）, the differences were statistically sig- nificant （P 〈 0.05）. The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group （94.38%） was significantly higher than that of the control group （85.51%）, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The nursing unsafe factors was mainly pro- fessional and technical levels of defects in nursing staff, which accounted for 90.83%. Conclusion The implementation of nursing safety management measures can effectively prevent the incidence of adverse events in elderly orthopedics patients, reduce the nursing complaint rate, and improve the patient＇s satisfaction.
