摘要
目的探讨β受体阻滞剂在慢性心力衰竭并慢性阻塞性肺疾病治疗中的应用效果。方法选择本院2012～2013年收治的65例慢性心力衰竭并慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者，接受富马酸比索洛尔治疗，另以同期仅接受强心、镇静、止咳等常规治疗的30例患者为对照组，并对两组患者的血气分析和超声心动指标变化及临床疗效和不良反应进行比较。结果治疗前两组各项临床指标间差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），治疗12周后，两组各项指标均获改善（P〈0．05），且观察组的PaO2、PaCO2、SaO2、LVESD、LVEDD和LVEF等指标均优于对照组（P〈0．05），两组总有效率分别为89．2％和70．0％（P〈0．05），均未见明显不良反应。结论富马酸比索洛尔治疗慢性心力衰竭并慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床效果显著，可快速改善患者的症状，安全，值得推广。
Objective To investigate the application effect of β-receptor blockers in treatment of chronic heart failure complicated with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD）. Methods 65 patients with chronic heart failure com- plicated with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were treated in our hospital from 2012 to 2013,they all treated with bisoprolol fumarate,and other 30 patients as control group were treated by common treatment such as cardiac,ahtitussive and asthma treatment,the blood gas analysis,ultrasonic cardiac index changes,clinical efficacy,adverse reactions of the two groups was compared respectively. Results There was no difference between two groups in all the index before treatment （P〉0.05）,and all the index were improved after 12 weeks treatment （P〈0.05）,the PaO2, PaCO2, SaO2,LVESD, LVEDD and LVEF of observation group were better 89.2% and 70.0% （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Bisoprolol than that of the control group （P〈0.05）,the total efficiency was fumarate pesos in treatment of chronic heart failure complicated with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,the clinical effect is remarkable,can improve the symptom of the patients with fast,safe,is worth promoting.
