骨巨细胞瘤的临床治疗进展 被引量：10

摘要 骨巨细胞瘤虽是一种良性肿瘤，但具有局部侵袭性和潜在恶性。据统计，骨巨细胞瘤患者80％左右表现为良性过程，25％～50％的患者治疗后会复发。少数患者会出现“良性肺转移”，极少数患者则在多次复发或放疗后发生恶变。骨巨细胞瘤的组织起源目前仍不确定，病理及影像分期并不能预测临床结果，因此治疗方式的选择仍存在许多争议，其预后也仍有较多未解决的问题。目前，骨巨细胞瘤仍是骨肿瘤研究领域的热点之一，论文就其治疗现状做一综述。
