北京市西城区蚊幼虫对5种杀虫剂的敏感性调查

摘要 目的为了解2012年西城区蚊幼虫抗药性情况,为今后灭蚊提供参考。方法 GB/T26347-2010诊断计量法的蚊幼虫浸渍法。结果蚊幼虫对高效氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯、仲丁威、双硫磷、残杀威的抗药性倍数分别为1.32、1.31、1.44、1.38、1.45。结论蚊幼虫对上述5种测试药剂均敏感,5种药物对蚊幼虫均有杀灭性。 Objective In order to understand the resistance of mosquito larva in Xicheng district in 2012,and pro- vide scientific basis for future mosquito control. Methods GB/T26347 - 2010,the diagnosis method of measurement of mosquito larva dipping method. Results The resistance ratio of beta - eypermethrin, dehamethrin, bassa, teme- phos,propoxur were 1.32,1, 31,1.44,1.38,1.45. Conclusion Mosquito larva to 5 kinds of insecticides resist- ance results shows that mosquito larva is sensitive to them,5 kinds of insecticides are killing.
