摘要
预约诊疗服务是体现以患者为中心开展医疗服务的重要改革举措之一。通过开展预约诊疗服务,一方面有利于患者提前安排好就医计划,以节省其排队及候诊时间;另一方面对于医院而言,则有利于提升医院管理水平,提高工作效率和医疗质量。随着信息技术的发展,借助信息化手段的支撑来进一步拓展预约诊疗服务内涵,提高预约诊疗服务可操作性已成为当前的发展趋势。
Medical appointment service is one of the important reform measures that reflects patient-centered care. On the one hand, it facilitates the patients to plan in advance and saves their waiting time; on the other hand, it improves the hospital management in the sense of efficiency and quality. With the development of information technologT, it has become a trend to expand the content of medical appointment service and promote its operability.
