退化系统检查间隔优化和全寿命检修费用的概率分布

摘要 很多工程问题需要估计全寿命费用,在全寿命费用的构成要素中,检修费用是最难估计的部分。文章考虑具有已知使用寿命的退化系统的检修费用估计。为探寻系统是否处于缺陷状态,系统经历周期检查。问题是优化检查周期,并确定全寿命检修费用的概率分布。我们使用仿真方法解这个问题,并显示其全寿命检修费用的平均估计可能沒有代表性。 In many projects, all-longevity overhaul costs need evaluating. Among the main factors, overhaul cost is the most difficult part to evaluate. To search if a system is in defect stage, a periodical examination should be given to the system. During which the periodical examination should be optimized and the probability distribu- tion for the cost of all-longevity overhaul should be confirmed. Through simulating, the probability proves that an average evaluation may not be representative for the all-longevity overhaul.
