涡扇发动机总体性能虚拟试验平台研究

摘要 针对涡扇发动机研制难度大、周期长和费用高的问题,构建了一个涡扇发动机总体性能虚拟试验平台。试验平台遵循MVC(model-view-controller)设计模式分为模型层、试验控制层和用户界面层;基于LabVIEW虚拟仪器开发平台,设计了虚拟试验平台用户界面。通过某型涡扇发动机总体性能虚拟试验,表明了虚拟试验平台具有良好的可视化效果和扩展能力,可以运用于涡扇发动机的设计、研制和试验。 Due to difficulty, long cycle and high cost of turbofan engine development, a virtual experiment platform for overall performance of turbofan engine was built up. According to the MVC design pattern, the model layer, the experiment control layer and the user interface layer were designed for the virtual experiment platform. Based on LabVIEW virtual instrument development platform, the user interface of virtual experiment platform was designed. Through overall performance virtual experiments of a certain type of turbofan engine, the good visual effect and good expansibility of the platform were verified. Therefore, the virtual experiment platform can be used for design, devel- opment and experiment of turbofan engine.
