氨基末端脑钠肽前体浓度的影响因素 被引量：4

摘要 脑钠肽（BNP）和氨基末端脑钠肽前体（NT—proBNP）监测在21世纪初由国外传人我国，10多年来逐渐广泛应用于临床。2010年《急性心力衰竭诊断治疗指南》推荐BNP和NT—proBNP监测用于诊断和预后的判断。血浆BNP和NT—proBNP作为心力衰竭的诊断和预后指标成为近年来的研究热门。NT—proBNP和BNP在心肌扩张时同时释放人血，但由于NT-proBNP的半衰期比BNP长，因此NT—proBNP检测提供了更高的灵敏度，
