摘要
针对某公司新开发的SCR混合器,利用ANSYS 14.0软件中的fluent模块对其内部流动特征进行了详细的分析。从仿真结果可以得出:新型SCR混合器的内流动特性相比传统陶瓷蜂窝结构有了明显的改善,不但压力损失降低了很多,而且其内部速度分布和温度分布也比较理想。
The distribution uniformity of NH3 in the mixer has an important impact on the NOX conversion efficiency and the chemical reaction process 055 the surface of the catalyst. The flow model in the mixer of the new SCR system is established with the fluent software and the influence of mixer on NH3 distribution is also research ed. The simulation results show that the new structure of the mixer improve greatly the distribution uniformity of NH3.
