摘要
采用短期和长期培养试验方法,研究巨大芽孢杆菌和胶冻样类芽孢杆菌对土壤Cd有效性及pH的影响。结果表明,两种菌对土壤Cd均有活化作用。短期试验结果表明,胶冻样类芽孢杆菌种子液的活化效果优于巨大芽孢杆菌,最多可使DTPA提取态Cd增加16.2%,巨大芽孢杆菌发酵液的活化效果较显著,可使DTPA提取态Cd增加14.2%,且DTPA提取态Cd含量与上清液pH呈显著负相关关系;长期培养试验结果表明,巨大芽孢杆菌种子液可使DTPA提取态Cd增加11.4%,其发酵液增加了19.6%的DTPA提取态Cd,但胶冻样类芽孢杆菌对土壤Cd有效性无显著影响,且土壤pH与DTPA提取态Cd含量无相关关系。
Short-term and long-term incubation experiments were carried out to study the effect of Bacillus megateriurn and PaenibaciIlus kribbensis on the soil Cd availability and pH. The results showed that both bacterias could activate soil Cd. Short-term test results showed that, compared with Bacillus megaterium, seed solution of Paenibacillus kribbensis had better activation on the soil Cd, which lead to DTPA extractable Cd maximum increase of 16.2%, the fermentation broth of Bacillus megateriurn had better activation on soil Cd, which lead to DTPA extractable Cd maximum increase of 14.2%, and DTPA extractable Cd was signifi- cantly negative related with pH. Long-term test results showed that, the seed solution of Bacillus rnegateri- urn could lead to DTPA extractable Cd maximum increase of 11. 4%, the fermentation broth of Bacillus rnegateriurn could lead to DTPA extractable Cd maximum increase of 19.6%, but the Paenibacillus kribben- sis had no significant effect on soil Cd availability, and the soil pH and DTPA extractable Cd showed no correlation.
