摘要
综述了硅灰、微珠等超细粉的性能特征及在混凝土中的应用现状,结合某工程项目进行了不同掺量的粉煤灰、硅灰、微珠对C80混凝土的工作性能及强度影响的试验研究。结果表明:硅灰对混凝土早期强度有明显的促进作用,微珠对混凝土后期强度有明显的促进作用。微珠与硅灰以一定比例双掺的情况下,既能保证混凝土早期强度又较好地促进了后期强度的增长。
Gives an overview about the performance characteristics and application status in concrete of ultrafine powder, such as silicon fume, beads, etc.And it also includes the study of the influences of different dosage of fly ash, silica flame, beads on the usage of water, the workability and strength of C80 concrete, combining with some engineering project.The results showed that: silicon fume has significant role in promoting the early strength of concrete and beads has significant role in promoting the late strength of concrete.If complexing beads and silica fume in a certain percentage, it will both to ensure the early strength of concrete and to promote the growth of the late strength.
