美国医院药房数字化模式对我国药房建设的启示 被引量:14

摘要 目的:通过回顾美国医院药房工作模式的变迁和数字化工作模式的发展进程,分析我国医院药房的现状和存在的问题,以期为我国医院药房的现代化建设和发展提供借鉴和思路。方法:通过分析美国医院药房自动化和信息化工作模式的特点,论述我国医院药房数字化模式的现状、发展和存在的问题。结果:我国医院药房的数字化建设存在起步晚、资金受限、发展不平衡、缺乏强大的信息技术和自动化技术支持等问题。在实现数字化模式的进程中,应注意体系的准确性、安全性、合法性以及质量监督,临床治疗决策支持系统和信息系统的集成化建设。结论:通过医院药房数字化模式的建设,使信息化和自动化技术与药房实践活动结合,有助于医院的整体发展,有助于提高药师职业的社会价值,也是今后医院药学工作的发展趋势。 Objective: To analyze the present status and existing problems in the Chinese hospital dispensaries through retrospective review of the changes in the work mode and process of digital mode management, so as to provide evidence and new ideas for the development and modernization of Chinese hospital dispensaries. Methods: The current status, development and existing problems in the digital mode of Chinese hospital dispensaries are discussed through analysis of automation and in- formatization work mode. Results: There are many problems in the digital construction of Chinese hospital dispensaries, such as late start, restricted funding, unbalanced development and lack of strong support from information and automatic technology. In the process of realizing digital mode, attention should be paid to accuracy, safety, legality quality supervision and integrated construction of the clinical decision support system and information system. Conclusion: The construction of digital mode in hos- pital dispensaries will enable informatics and automation technology to integrate with practical activities of dispensaries, which will facilitate the overall development of hospitals, elevation of the social value of pharmacists, and now is also the developing trend in future hospital dispensarie.
