摘要
由于分支井固井完井须考虑油井整个生产期分支点处的力学完整性与液压密封性,且分支井眼具有使射孔组合、压裂管柱重复进入作业的能力,因此分支井固井与完井工艺较为复杂。分支井固井完井技术所取得的进展:国外Baker Hughes、Sperry-Sun等公司都相继开发了具有自主知识产权的完井系统;我国具有自主知识产权的完井系统主要有DF-1多分支井完井系统、尾管悬挂器定向回接系统、预开窗分支井完井装置、膨胀管定位多分支井系统;在固井中水泥浆体系选择胶乳、纤维、弹性粒子作为增加水泥石柔韧性能的材料;窗口密封上采用密封液辅助水泥加固密封。目前的不足在于:现有完井系统应用的局限性与可靠性且国内没有成型的分支井智能固井完井系统;国内针对分支井窗口密封的固井水泥浆、密封液、预制成型工具处于室内研究阶段尚未大范围推广应用。今后分支井固井完井的发展方向主要集中于智能固井完井、预制成型完井系统、柔性水泥浆的研究。
The cementing and completion technologies of branch well are very complex.The progress made in the branch well cementing completion technology:foreign Baker Hughes,SperrySun and other companies have developed a well completion system with independent intellectual property rights; at present,the branch well completion systems with independent intellectual property rights in China include DF-1 multi-branch well completion system,liner hanger directional tieback system,pre-window branch well completion system,expansion positioning multilateral system etc.The latex,fiber,elastic particles were selected as increased the cement stone flexibility performance materials in cementing slurry system,window sealing adopted sealing liquid auxiliary cement reinforcement seal.The current shortages existent in completion system in China are that limitation and reliability of completion system application and imperfect intelligent cementing and completion system; for window seal,cement slurry,sealing liquid,precast molding tools get off to laboratory study.The development direction of the branch well cementing and completion focused the research on intelligentized cementing and completions,preformed completion system,flexible cement slurry in the future.
