油酸咪唑啉的制备及其抗磨性能评价 被引量:2

摘要 在一定的条件下,以油酸和二乙烯三胺为原料合成油酸咪唑啉。采用红外光谱对产品进行结构表征。将合成的物质添加在低硫柴油中用四球机进行抗磨性能的评价,结果表明:油酸咪唑啉类抗磨剂在低硫柴油中的添加量为100μg/g^400μg/g,磨斑直径比空白实验能够降低27%~53%。自制抗磨剂不影响低硫柴油的各种理化性质,也不会和其他柴油添加剂反应,酸值很低。 Under certain conditions, oleic acid imidazoline was synthesized from oleic acid and diethylene triamine. The structure of oleic acid imidazoline was characterized by means of FT-IR. The antiwear capacity of this substance was evaluated by four ball machine. Results show that, when the addition of oleic acid imidazoline was 200μg/g-500μg/g, its wear scar diameter was much smaller than blank experiment. It decreases by 10%-50%. Homemade antiwear additive has no effect on the property of low-sulphur diesel and also don't react with other diesel additives. It has low acid value.
