摘要
为研究复杂的机电液一体化系统,用单一的软件难以完成系统的建模,分别运用Pro/Engineer、ADAMS、ANSYS、AMESim和Simulink建立机械、液压和控制系统模型,实现联合仿真。分析了智能控制的原理,对某一工程起升系统进行了仿真论证。仿真结果表明:联合仿真技术建模高效,充分发挥了各个软件的优势;智能控制提高了系统的抗干扰能力,增强了稳定性。
In order to research the complex electro-mechanical and hydraulic integrated lifting system,the model is hard to build with only one software.The mechanical,hydraulic and controlled models are built with Pro/Engineer,ADAMS,ANSYS,AMESim and Simulink and united simulation is completed.The principle of intelligent control is analyzed and it is demonstrated with a engineering lifting system.The simulation results demonstrate that united simulation is efficient and exert the advantages of every software.Intelligent control improve the ability of anti-jamming and enhance the stability.
