摘要
针对液压同步系统的特点,分析了同步控制方式和控制策略,设计了以空心液压缸为执行元件的双缸同步系统,建立了系统的数学模型,并采用PID控制算法对该系统进行了校正,利用MATLAB进行了理论仿真。结果表明该同步系统具有响应速度快,控制精度高的优点,其同步误差控制在1.5mm以内。
According to the characteristics of the hydraulic synchronous system,synchronous control mode and control strategy are analyzed,the design of hollow hydraulic cylinder as actuators duplex synchronous system,established the mathematical model of the system,using PID algorithm to the system calibration,system theory is studied by using MATLAB simulation.Results show that the synchronous system with fast response speed,high control accuracy,the advantages of the synchronization error control within 1.5mm.
