摘要
《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》明确指出,新时期我国大学要"扩大应用型、复合型、技能型人才培养规模。"为塑造应用型人才,中国劳动关系学院在培养劳动与社会保障专业学生过程中多次调整专业培养方案,通过变革实验教学理念与相关措施、明确实验教学定位与教学规划,取得了较好的效果。
The National Education Reform and Development of Long - term Planning Programs indicates that in the new age, Chi- na＇ s colleges should ＂expand the cultivation scale of practical personnel, inter - disciplinary talent and skill - type talent. ＂ In or- der to cultivate practical personnel, China＇ s Institute of Industrial Relations has study on how to improve education targets and the reform of curriculum and methodology, for the purpose of cultivating practical personnel to meet the social requirement and achie- ving the continuous development of higher education. By analyzing the strategic aims of colleges, the authors explore how to im- prove teaching from the respects of teaching staff, research management and teaching practice to improve teaching quality and to cultivate practical personnel for the society.
