摘要
目的研究翼状胬肉中Pax6在上皮鳞状化生中的表达特点及临床意义。方法选择2011年5月—2012年7月我院眼科25例翼状胬肉标本为观察组;同时选择25例健康眼结膜标本为对照组,对两组眼结膜标本中Pax6、K19、K10及MUC5AC的表达情况进行对比分析。结果观察组Pax6、K19、MUC5AC阳性表达吸光度值显著低于对照组,K10阳性表达吸光度值显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在翼状胬肉上皮细胞中Pax6基因表达下调,可能促进翼状胬肉出现鳞状上皮化生。
Objective To analyze the expression characteristics and clinical significance of Pax6 in pterygium of epithelial squamous metaplasia. Methods Pterygium specimens of 25 cases during May 2011 and July 2012 were selected as observation group; at the same time,25 healthy conjunctival specimens were selected as control group. The expressions of Pax6,K19,K10 and MUC5AC in conjunctival specimens of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The absorbance value of positive expressions of Pax6,K19 and MUC5AC in observation group was significantly lower than those in control group,while the absorbance value of positive expressions of K10 was significantly higher than that in control group（ P ＆lt; 0. 05）. Conclusion A decrease of Pax6 gene expression in pterygium epithelial cells may promote squamous metaplasia.
