气-液分离器中液滴碰壁反弹系数的研究

Analysis of Rebound Coefficient of Droplets in Gas-liquid Separator

摘要 概述了影响气-液分离器中液滴碰壁行为的因素,分析了气-液分离器内部流场模拟时,液滴碰壁反弹系数选取应考虑的因素,为提高数值模拟的准确度提供了一定的帮助。 Since a complex two-- phase flow occurs in gas-- liquid separator, droplets will not only interact with each other, droplet -- wall collision will occur, this will cause the deposition, rebound, crashing and splashing phenomenon. Summarize the impact parameters of droplet-wall collision behavior, analyze the factors that should be considered when selecting the rebound coefficient in simulation of internal flow field in gas-- liquid separator on the basis of previous studies. Provide some help to improve the accuracy of the numerical simulation.
