摘要
运用系统动力学原理,研究ESCO既有建筑节能改造项目投资风险动态反馈系统,明确系统分析目标、确定系统边界。从ESCO节能改造项目投资风险因素子系统、投资风险子系统、投资风险控制策略子系统、投资绩效子系统分析投资风险系统结构;梳理各子系统内各因素之间的关系,得出各子系统的因果关系图;建立ESCO投资风险系统动力学流图,进而深入分析ESCO投资风险动态反馈系统特征,为制定有效的投资风险控制策略提供理论支撑。
The paper uses system dynamic method to analyze the risk dynamic feedback process,in clear goals and boundary to analysis on system structure of investment risk, related among factors in each subsystem and causal relationship diagram from investment risk factors subsystem, risk subsystem, control strategy subsystem and performance subsystem. Con- struction the system dynamics model of ESCO project investment risk and analysis on dynamic feedback system characteristics to provide theory support for making effective risk control strategy.
