摘要
通过在单控制体模型的基础上对所得到的控制方程进行修正和简化,从而得到了一种改进地求密封系统动态特性系数的一种非线性方法。该方法分别求出腔室压强和气流速度的稳态和瞬态部分,然后再将其带入控制体的控制方程,结合转子在不同转速下密封力的表达式便可求得转子密封系统动态特性系数。通过数值方法表可得到在任何条件下转子密封系统的动态特性,为进一步研究转子密封系统提供了理论参考。
An improved nonlinear method revised and simplified is proposed based on control equations of the one-control volume for solving the dynamic coefficients of the rotor-seal system. The steady and transient parts of the pressure and flow velocity can be given respectively for each cavity. The dynamic coefficients can be solved by combing substituting the steady and transient parts into control equations with obtaining seal force expression at different rotor speeds. The dynamic coefficients of the rotor-seal system can be obtained at different conditions according to numerical methods. This paper puts a reference to further research rotor-seal system.
